Contemporary Vacation Property features DUXTON Capabilities

The client and architect had created an unusual design and specified fiberglass windows for environmental and concerns about off-gassing from vinyl and like products.  (The project has a stunning location within 30 feet of the waterfront with extraordinary views.)  Customized glass and site lines to follow the roofline forced DUXTON to match CAD details precisely to the building envelope to ensure a close match.

The following are just a few images of the remarkable result. .

AFG Ti-R e/Argon c/w Super Spacer (Surface 2) was used to create the best possible result with "controlled heat gain" due to the East/West orientation and large amounts of glass

Intrusion "proofing" accomplished with 060 lam glass on inner pane

Sunroom created with 4 walls of sliding glass doors

Insulated fiberglass Entry doors complete the pultruded fiberglass component
